Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to comply with all platform rules and laws applicable.

Service Description

FastSign provides tools and services that allow users to "sideload" apps on their devices. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or any other platform provider.

User Responsibilities

By purchasing access to our service, you agree to:

  • Only use the Service for lawful purposes.
  • Not use the Service to distribute illegal, pirated, or unauthorized software.
  • Assume full responsibility for any consequences of using the Service.

Certificates and Accounts

You are responsible for the validity and ownership of any Apple Developer certificates (.p12) and provisioning profiles you upload to the Service.

Developer certificates uploaded to or issued through the Service may be subject to expiration, revocation, or other limitations imposed by Apple Inc. or third-parties.

We make no guarantees about the longevity of any certificates used with the Service. You understand that certificates can be revoked at any time by Apple, and this is beyond our control.

Warranties Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability of the signing process or the functionality of signed apps. Use the Service at your own risk.

We do not offer revoke protection or replacements for certificates revoked by Apple. If your certificate is revoked, you must upload a new valid certificate to continue using the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSign, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Revocation of certificates by Apple or other third-parties
  • Damages arising from app installation by using the developer certificate

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Account Monitoring / AML Policy: We reserve the right to cancel access without notice if suspicious activity is detected. Our payment processor, Sell.app, has full authority to flag and/or cancel any purchase it deems suspicious or fraudulent according to its monitoring system and policies.
  • Additional Fees: Payments are processed by third-party services like Sell.app, and additional fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided if our Service does not meet your expectations or if Apple revokes a certificate. Refunds are only possible if Apple has not yet started processing a device under your plan. Once you allow our backend system to begin processing any device with Apple, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Chargebacks against our Service will result in permanent blacklisting from using any FastSign service.

Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement:

  • "FastSign," "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to the FastSign project and platform. FastSign is a project name used for providing the services described in this agreement and is not a registered legal entity (collectively, the “Service”).
  • "You" and "Your" refer to the user or customer of FastSign's services.
  • “Plans” refer to the access tiers or packages offered by FastSign.
